A Resort-Style Apartment in the Heart of Saigon
The apartments at City Garden (Binh Thanh District) are designed with floor-to-ceiling glass façades, offering sweeping views of the city skyline. The architecture emphasizes a natural, eco-friendly aesthetic, with curving, wave-like building designs that set the project apart from typical rigid concrete structures. This distinctive design creates a striking visual contrast and enhances the overall appeal of the development.
The developer is now introducing the final tower of the City Garden project, the Crescent Tower, to the market. This single-tower building covers a total area of 22,899 square meters and houses 160 luxury apartments ranging from 65 to 145 square meters. The design of the Crescent Tower follows the same fluid, wave-like architectural style as the previous three towers in the development, and was crafted by PTW Architects.
The Crescent Tower will feature a range of top-tier amenities, including a fully equipped gym, certified personal trainers, a 50-meter swimming pool with a bar area, a water garden, jogging paths, and a children’s playground. Additionally, there will be a restaurant, retail shops, and a supermarket located on the ground floor. The completed apartments are expected to be delivered by August 2018.
The wave-inspired design, paired with spacious, metal-and-glass balconies, ensures that each apartment enjoys unobstructed views of the cityscape and the Saigon River. The apartments are optimized for natural light, which not only enhances energy efficiency but also facilitates natural ventilation, promoting a healthy living environment.
The open-concept design features floor-to-ceiling Low-E glass windows across the entire front façade, providing expansive views from multiple directions, whether it’s to catch the first light of dawn or to enjoy the stunning sunset over the city. This special type of glass ensures maximum daylight while minimizing heat absorption and blocking harmful UV and infrared rays.
The balconies are made entirely of glass to maximize the seamless flow of space and provide an uninterrupted view, creating an open, airy feel without any sense of confinement. Inside, the apartments feature elegant, modern interiors with high-end European-imported appliances. The living area is seamlessly connected to the open kitchen and dining room, creating a large, inviting space for family gatherings. Whether it’s watching TV together or enjoying a cozy dinner while gazing out at the illuminated city, the design fosters a sense of warmth and togetherness.
Bedrooms are designed to be cozy yet comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows that allow residents to unwind in harmony with nature before drifting off to sleep.
The bathrooms provide privacy and comfort, offering a relaxing retreat.
According to the developer, the resort-style living experience extends to the lobby area, designed with the luxury and attention to detail found in five-star resorts. Residents can enjoy a tranquil, private environment with 24/7 security and a building density of just 23%.
The developer has also invested in a comprehensive range of on-site amenities, including a gym, spa, swimming pool, landscaped gardens, and restaurants, allowing residents to experience a resort-like lifestyle without ever leaving the property.
Covering a total area of 23,000 square meters, City Garden allocates 70% (17,000 square meters) of its space to green living areas, featuring gardens, swimming pools, lawns, and jogging paths for residents. Located on Ngo Tat To Street, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, City Garden is just 1.5 kilometers from the center of District 1 and is situated in a fully developed area with excellent infrastructure and easy access to transportation. The development includes four towers: Avenue and Boulevard, which are already completed and home to residents, and Promenade and Crescent, which are still under construction.
